What is manual lymphatic drainage?
It is not a muscular massage: pressure is minimal and the movements are circular and pumping, following the path of the lymph nodes. It is performed without oil or with very little, on the legs, abdomen, arms or face as needed.

What the session is like
We work on a treatment table in a very calm setting. The session begins by activating the main lymph nodes and continues with slow strokes on the chosen area. Feeling very relaxed, even sleepy, is common.

Why is the pressure so light?
The lymphatic system lies very close to the skin. Firm pressure would collapse it; drainage works precisely through light, rhythmic movements.
